**Q: Can you tell me about the dining room light fixture?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are looking for something very similar. Thank you!

A: Sure!  I believe we got it from Visual Comfort and it looks like it is still available.  Here are the specifications from our records:  
Generation Lighting Lune Medium Linear Chandelier EC1264BBS Burnished Brass.  Let me know if I can be of any more assistance!

**Q: That floor tile!** *(in Photo Questions)*

I read on your website that you "meticulously restored" this floor tile.  Did you have replacement pieces made?  By whom?

A: It was a combination of reusing what we could and patching with new from Heritage Tile/Subway Mosiacs.  They replicate historic tile.

**Q: Cabinets in the dining nook** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi Chelly,
What are the measurements of the cabinets in the dining nook?  Also, I would like to know the sqft of the dining nook and the kitchen, if you can.  We are hoping to install cabinets in our breakfast nook, just as you have.  Beautiful kitchen - stands the test of time years later (2020)!

A: Thank you!  The kitchen is 131 x 110".  The nook is 77 x 110" and the cabinets are 15" deep.  The table is 36".

**Q: What did you use for hanging your pots over the trash can?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the look but I can't see all the details from the angle of the photo

A: They are Rogar Gourmet wall mounted pot racks-30".  I live how convenient it is having them out!

Where did you get the black chairs?

**Q: What color are the base cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Depending on where the light hits them the look deep blue or a really dark gray.  Well done - beautiful kitchen.

A: The color is Benjamin Moore Wrought Iron.  The appearance of the color does change depending on the light!  Thank you!
