MISSION
Our company, in an attempt to break the mold has dedicated itself to the client/contractor relationship. We work hand in hand with the client, as needed, to ensure all of the projects goals and milestones are being met while keeping a very firm grip on finances and sub contractor progress. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 
Beyond project managers, we are advocates for maintaining the client/contractor relaitonhip. Through fiscal management, advanced tracking methods and utilizing the most current technology we pride ourselves on providing our clients the most worry free smooth transition from old to new in the construction process. 

GENERAL CONTRACTING 
We maintain a class B General Contracting license and also will be happy to head your dream build up. We maintain a very detailed list of sub contractors for everything from installing a pool to foundation to laying shingles, all of our sub contractors are not only budget friendly but they are honest  and professional. It is in this crucial list of Sub contractors where we guarantee to provide you the most reasonable cost and satisfying experience. 

ESTIMATING 
We have developed methods in every trade so we can break down a project to the penny, not leaving one stone unturned. We can provide several levels of estimation services in every trade, from a full general contracting new build take off proposal to a much more general lump sum price. We can review bids you may already have and show you cost variance or do a full design set based off your ideas and give you a cost based off design.

NEGOTIATING
We will be happy to assist you setting up contracts for your new project or reviewing and validating change orders. To often construction contractors approach a sale with a "hand shake and a wink", to then get into the project and submit change order after change order in an attempt to rack up their profit.
