> DO NOT do business with SOBE Builders. They will take your money and run. I hired SOBE Builders to replace the siding of my house with plywood and stucco. They took my deposit of $9,200 but never paid the workers, leaving me to pay for the labor and materials. I had to pay twice as much on this project than I should have. The project lasted OVER A YEAR and I had to hire another company to finish the job.
