> Bradley did a total kitchen renovation for me last year (see Airdrie kitchen photos). His attention to detail and his meticulous execution are the main reason I gave him 5 stars in this review. He is personable, timeline and budget conscious and will always give you the best advice. I will always use Feegrade for any future projects!

> Bradley is the most organized contractor I've seen in the renovating business. He takes great pride in cleanliness and professionalism with his trades. All parts of the renovating process is carefully time managed and I've never seen a site more meticulous. We all know how much hard work and dedication it takes to create a seamless working environment and Bradley creates that. I highly recommend Bradley and Feegrade Contracting to anyone no matter the size of the project.

> Brad is a excellent general contractor and proficient and completing commercial tenant improvements. Brad and his team understood the requirements of this renovation and executed it perfectly. I would recommend Brad for commercial renovations similar to the one we have just completed.
>
> Thanks for all of your hard work and tenacity

> We were recommended to Feegrade Contracting (Bradley Feegrade) for a home renovation project that we were contemplating. Compared to a lot of renovations, it was a small project but very desirable and important to us and we weren’t even sure it could be done.
> Bradley came over and spent a significant time discussing it with us, taking photographs, measurements and telling us what might be the likely complications (if any).
> Subsequently he gave us a quote for the project and we set up a date for this work to be done.
> A happy surprise was that the week Bradley proposed to do the work, was a week we were out of town. Right from the get-go, you know Bradley is a person you can trust in your house and we gave him a key and left him to the noisy and dusty work!
> Bradley kept in touch while we were away with progress updates and photos.
> The work was done in the timeframe (one work week) Bradley said and we came home expecting a big job of cleaning up dust - - but Bradley left the area so clean, you wouldn’t even have realized the extent of the work that had been performed. He also took away all the garbage and cardboard from the new TV project (which wasn’t insignificant).
> As per the attached photos, you can see the fireplace reno (before and after). The other significant project was adding a TV into a wall that was not wired for cable. We were very particular about not wanting a bunch of cable, wires, cords, etc from all the various equipment that seems to come with having a tv, soundbar, speakers, telus box, etc. these days and you can see from the photo how compact and tidy this was built! Bradley spent a significant amount of time creating a hidden compartment in the wall behind the tv for the telus box and cords, which was no small feat, given this is an outside wall that also had to be re-insulated.
> A smaller item was some re-caulking done in the bathroom and initially the wrong color was used (our fault not his). We really hated it and immediately Bradley offered to go shopping for more colors and to re-do this trivial item for us. He chose the exact right color and came back on a separate occasion to do this for us!
> Most people groan when they think about doing any type of renovation (delays, cost over runs, more delays, mess, noise, did we mention more delays?!) and we were preparing ourselves for the worst too. We have done several large and small renovation in other houses and are no strangers to the nightmares that can be part of the experience.
> We can honestly say this was THE best experience we have ever had with a renovation project in all regards. Bradley is experienced and technically spot on, personable, clean, and gives a more than fair cost effective renovation experience. He also has great ideas for suggestions to improve your project!!
> 100% - – get Bradley Feegrade to do your next renovation.

> Cannot recommend Bradley enough. He took a vision that I had for a tiny space in my attic and made it better than I had imagined it. Very detail oriented, clean, organized, efficient, communicative, and to top it all off super friendly and easy to get along with. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about whether or not the customer will be happy with the outcome first and foremost. Side note - also great with dogs :D Hire him!!!

**★★★★★ — bgyipp, Sept. 2020**

> Bradley designed and built a beautiful L-shaped bench for our backyard patio allowing us to sit around our firepit. He was very responsive to our wishes but also gave us expert advice on design and materials. He completed the work quickly and the total cost was significantly lower then I would have expected. The quality of the build is exceptional.

> Bradley and Pat replaced my kitchen backsplash earlier this month, and were a pleasure to deal with! The initial meeting was informative - they asked questions, answered mine, and it quickly became clear that these guys cared about making sure their customers were happy. Their quote and contract was well-detailed and managed my expectations beautifully - as a project manager myself, I appreciated this greatly. They arrived the day they said they would to do the work with smiles, and when they were here, they were super respectful of my home and space, leaving it clean at the end of each day so that I could still use my kitchen in the evening. (They also tolerated my overly-friendly dog like pros, and gave her lots of love each day! You can always tell the good ones by how they treat your animals...)
>
> I realize this should all come standard, but having worked with contractors on my homes over the years, I've learned it's anything but. So this was definitely a great experience that exceeded my expectations.
>
> In terms of the work itself, my backsplash looks amazing! They meticulously planned how to lay out the tile so that it terminated in corners, etc. nicely, and it shows. I'd definitely hire Feegrade Construction to do more work in my home in future! Thanks guys!

**★★★★★ — Ana Farias, Dec. 2019**

> Bradley at Feegrade Construction worked on my bathroom renovation. The project was extremely successful and the quality of work was exceptional! Bradley looked after every detail of the project and made suggestions that came through beautifully in his workmanship. Specifically the charcoal grout on a timeless white subway tile. The herringbone design in the niche and the storage which I wanted as a closed closet but he suggested shelving that turned out perfect. The live edge wood is a focal point but how about my tile. The list goes on in my bathroom. Extremely pleased with the customer service, professionalism and work.

**★★★★★ — Allen Turner, Oct. 2019**

> Brad renovated our front entry way after a flood from a burst pipe. Working with him was a great experience start to finish. He was quick to reply when I first reached out and provided a clear estimate in a timely manner. The job was completed on time and budget. He was very conscientious throughout the entire project in terms of keeping the work site as clean as possible and doing everything he could to avoid dust getting to other parts of the house as he worked. I would definitely recommend Feegrade Construction and I hope to have Brad complete other home projects in the future.

**★ — Kurt Herrmann, Oct. 2019**

> Bradley turned what once was a beat up work shop of a garage into an extension of our house we use as a 'man cave' he patched the concrete and used a really nice Epoxy finish on the floors, re taped and mudded the entire garage, fixed the numerous holes in the drywall and repainted. He also added trim as some added detail. Bradley showed up very promptly everyone morning and was able to complete this project under the expected time frame, I plan to exclusively use Feegrade Construction for future renovations.

**Comment from Feegrade Contracting:**

> Thank you very much for your review Kurt!
>
> It was our pleasure transforming this space into a more comfortable environment for your family and friends to enjoy. We look forward to working together in the future and can't wait for the next project!

**★★★★★ — Nuku Kolar, Sept. 2019**

> This was our first major reno since moving into our house fifteen years ago. Not really knowing anyone in the business, we were truly fortunate to have Brad recommended to us through a family friend. Feegrade Construction transformed our old dingy kitchen into a beautiful open space that is now the heart and highlight of our home. The complete teardown included removal of the old kitchen, redoing the ceiling beams, moving the plumbing and gas line, complete new drywalling, new herringbone hardwood floors throughout the full main floor, painting, and installation of the new cabinets and appliances, and all within a timeframe of just under 2 months. Brad and his team were incredibly knowledgeable on all fronts and took the time to finesse every detail to perfection. They were punctual, hard-working, and pleasant to be around. The only problem now is to decide on what other portion of our house to have Feegrade renovate!

**★★★★ — Peter Oudejans, Sept. 2019**

> We had large closet systems for Bradley & Pat to install in three of the walk-in closets in our house. They did a super job and the closets not only looked great, but were also finished to a high standard. The guys were pleasant to deal with, reliable and cleaned up after themselves. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

**Comment from Feegrade Contracting:**

> Thank you so much for the kind words Peter, it was our pleasure to work in your home and complete your three built-in walk in closets!
>
> We look forward to working together in the future and getting that last star!
