Previous projects have included flooring, tiling, plumbing, windows, doors, skylights, decking and roofing. Doug has an excellent and talented crew who just recently completed a beautiful bathroom renovation for me. Doug has exceptional integrity and is able to advise on many matters with regard to code, regulations and permits. **★★★★★ — Renée, July 2019** > I hired DPCC to demolish and replace a screened porch on my 1930's Dutch Colonial in Southern Maryland based on architectural plans. Doug Pruett's bid was accurate and reasonable. He pulled permits right away and his crew completed the entire project on budget within 2.5 weeks. Doug was extremely responsive to all inquiries I made via phone or email. His crew worked diligently and did an amazing job with the intricate trim. They answered any questions I had as the job was going along and kept the site neat, cleaning it up at the end of each work day. When the job was complete there was an issue with the deck stain not setting properly. Doug followed up with the supplier and was able to obtain free replacement stain and sent a crew out to resand and restain the flooring at no additional cost to me. Could be one of the Exotic woods that would hold up to weather better than the Cedar. If Cedar they should have a clear finish, at least. And then, if Cedar, they would have to be re-sealed every 3 years, if not every 2 years, or they will gray up.
