After interviewing several companies, none offered the level of service that All OC did. I was skeptical at first but they delivered! > Staring from the very first consultation with Carrie, who assessed our situation and developed a realistic and actionable plan, we were treated courteously. It was clear that they wanted to earn our business and really valued relationships with their clients. > Understanding that timing was critical and we need the work done quickly, the owner went in person, the day after signing our contract, to apply for permits so we could start construction by the end of the week. > The rest of the project moved forward efficiently without sacrificing any quality. I can really tell that Eric and his crew take pride in their work. He came back several times to address questions and small details that needed attention and found several ways to improve upon our original vision. > Throughout the project, I was proactively contacted frequently with status updates and requests for my feedback. I never get out of the loop or not in control of the project. > Thank you All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design for turning what was a nightmare into a dream! > I cannot thank you enough! **★★★★★ — Michelle Hascall, Sept. 2020** > All OC Kitchen and Bath did a kitchen remodel for us and we are so pleased with the result. We are new to the area and didn't have experience with contractors so we were going off of reviews and we were not disappointed! They were extremely timely in all aspects of the job. They listened and worked with the vision I had for our kitchen when other contractors told us no (and I still love my navy lowers!) We were comfortable with all members of their team even while I worked from home and the kids did virtual school here. If we have another project come up, I will call All OC Kitchen and Bath again. **Comment from All OC Kitchen & Bath:** > Thank you, so much for taking a time to write us review. It was our pleasure working with. We look forward helping you with you with future project and Design. **★★★★★ — HU-829490915, May 2020** > We hired Eric to do a total remodel of our master bathroom. The job required the removal of all existing appliances along with the removal of our slate walls and shower enclosure. > > From the moment we met with Eric, walked the project and negotiated the bid, it became so clear that Eric was a contractor apart from all others. Eric is professional, his contract is clear, he is to the point, extremely honest and reliable. > > Our new bathroom is extraordinary. It came out even nicer than we had anticipated. > > I couldn’t more highly recommend Eric and his team! > > There is one more comment I would like to add. This comment is in regard to Eric as a human being. After we started our bathroom, we learned we had an ice maker leak in our kitchen. As it turns out, this leak created mold throughout most of our kitchen. We tore out our kitchen...and then our son had a horrible surfing accident. We didn’t know if he would live, but learned he would be able to come home after a week at Mission Hospital. We called Eric and asked if he could build us a temporary kitchen. Eric showed up early the next morning, and then we went back for another long day at the hospital. When we arrive home late that night, Eric and team had put up rails for our son to hold onto as he convalesced, evened out the kitchen floor so our son wouldn’t lose his balance, and installed a temporary sink, countertop dishwasher and temp island. And to top it off, Eric wouldn’t even let us pay him for that day. He told me that he is a Dad, and his heart went out for us. > > Not only is Eric a great, reliable contractor with whom to work, he is truly an amazing individual with such a warm heart. A very capable and special person indeed. **★★★★★ — kfrederick02, Dec. 2019** > I hired All OC K&B for a shower remodel for my guest bathroom after several contractors had either turned me down or neglected to respond (the job being "too small"). This was our first home renovation experience, and working with Katrin and team went as well as I could have hoped it to go! > PROS > \- extremely responsive > \- provided really good design advice when it was needed (whether asked for or not), which I am now grateful for > \- creative problem solvers > \- dedicated to great customer service > \- kind, trustworthy, and professional team (including subcontractors) who truly care about the quality of their work > \- fair and accurate estimates on budget and timing > The only negative was that there was a LOT left to clean up after the job was done, but I think they came back to the house 2 or 3 times to make it right. I highly recommend this team, and look forward to working with them again on my next project! **Comment from All OC Kitchen & Bath:** > Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to work with you. We are looking forward to do your next project as well. > Best Regards > All OC Kitchen and Bath Team! **★★★★★ — HU-62637140, Sept. 2019** > Erick was amazing and on time with all his work. My wife and I were really stressed when picking a contractor to work on our house because of the mixed reviews you see out there but from day one Erick always picked up his phone and always showed up when he said he was going to. The work they did was amazing and we have zero complaints. We would recommend to anyone looking to get their house redone **★★★★★ — Anna Suchard, Aug. 2019** > All OC Kitchen and Bath crew are great! We've used them for a bathroom remodel, flooring, kitchen, fireplaces, and multiple other upgrades. Most importantly, Katrin a great communicator! > > One of the aspects I like most about working with Eric is that he's honest and gives you options. He doesn't try to just push things on you. Eric and Katrin are truly caring about their clients and their homes. I highly recommend working with Eric and Katrin for any home renovation or repair job in Orange County. Eric and his crew are great! **Comment from All OC Kitchen & Bath:** > Thank you so much making a time and writing us a review, it is our pleasure. I enjoy working with you > We cannt wait to start the 2nd phase for yoy! ## Selected projects - [Backdrop Renovations](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/backdrop-renovations-pj-vj~5844847) - Location: Newport Beach, CA - Photos: 2 - [Trabuco Canyon Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/trabuco-canyon-project-pj-vj~5844865) - Location: Trabuco Canyon, CA - Photos: 1 - [Monarch Beach Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/monarch-beach-project-pj-vj~5844871) - Location: Dana Point, CA - Photos: 1 - [Black & Red Home Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/black-and-red-home-remodel-pj-vj~5841475) - Location: Irvine, CA - Photos: 6 - [Carol C.
