> DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE!

> The window promised and shown in the sales pitch WAS NOT the window quality we received upon delivery and installed. The window pictures attached is what we received and currently have in our home.

> The window delivered and installed to our house were missing spacers, weather stripping, stainless steel, making the windows ineffective. If I attempt to lower the window to clean, the pane falls out. Is this normal?

> There were windows delivered and installed that were broken, others were severely scratched. My set of kitchen windows were mis measured, other windows were not measured at all, there were windows were not added to the list for installation.

> Just a nightmare!

> We were promised a 10 man crew with a 2 day installation completion. We received a 2 man crew that took many weeks to install. The installation started May 2021, the last window was installed was 5/2022. The sealant less than a year of installation is cracking. The window screens have already been replaced and are currently falling apart (see photo)

> I challenge the owner, Brad, to trade  (using the same 2 man crew of Orlando and his helper) my poorly installed (expensive) windows from my home to his and see if he’s still satisfied.
