Our architect recommended them initially, and we were incredibly pleased with the project and results. We worked with Adriene and Darin for over a year to remodel a tudor revival home in NW Seattle. During the course of the remodel, our home was taken down to the studs. The project included: rewiring, replumbing, new furnace/AC, residing, new windows, earthquake retrofit, front entry conversion, full kitchen remodel, basement full finish, half dormer addition, bathroom remodel, skylights, back patio, concrete stairs/drive, wood trim detail, plaster work, painting and more. Darin and Adriene completed a great deal of the work and brought in trusted subcontractors as appropriate. They finished on-time and on-budget. They were personable and transparent with costs/timing along the way. They were an absolutely pleasure to work with. Even a few years later, the quality of their work is lasting and evident. They have great instincts and taste with respect to older homes. I truly believe that this team "restored" our home rather than "renovated" it.
