> We had a very disappointing and costly experience with this contractor. The work provided was substandard from the start, and everything was subcontracted to unqualified workers who didn’t seem to know the basics — including the difference between caulking and epoxy. Joe made many promises about quality and timelines, but consistently failed to deliver on either.

> When it became clear that the project could not be completed properly or on schedule, we requested to cancel. Joe agreed and stated he would refund the unused portion of our deposit. Instead, he sent an unverified list of supposed expenses with no receipts or explanation. He then issued a post-dated cheque that bounced, followed by another that also resulted in no payment. We have been repeatedly misled and still have not received our refund.

> This company took our deposit and strung us along with empty promises. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this contractor.
