Teresa was creative and cost conscious. She worked endless hours to redesign and recreate the floor plans with an open concept. Her designs are always with the homeowner's point of view and more importantly, all selected features throughout come with pride of ownership. Teresa was in charge of the entire project from the new floor plan, kitchen and bathroom design, surface materials and fixtures, window and door, exterior color selection as well as exterior landscaping. The end results were cohesive, impressive and exceptionally detail oriented. Or, should it be the grey-sage of the wall this side of the stairs (with the cut-out)? All of the entryway, the kitchen to the right and the office to the left is the grey-sage. Thanks!
