More recently they completed building a small guest cottage/office in our back yard at our new home. Once again, we could not be happier with the outcome. They have an extraordinarily nice and talented crew that completed the job quite quickly and did great work. They are remarkable craftsmen and, on several occasions, we'd notice that they'd added small touches to their work to make sure the whole project was as special as it could be - stuff that wouldn't have, strictly speaking, been absolutely necessary under our contract. There also weren't a bunch of "extras" added to the original bid that took me by surprise. Instead, they seemed determined to complete the project in good order within the original estimate. The only exceptions to that were ones that were entirely my request. These are honest, hardworking professionals who take their work very seriously and who have a lot of obvious pride in the quality of the outcome. I am well aware how, when most of us hire a contractor, we simply have no choice but to take a good deal on faith. I can tell you without the slightest reserve that these folks at RO Enterprises deserve that faith. With help from our property manager, we called at least a dozen contractors in our area as we needed help fast. Three contractors replied and three inspected the damage. However, one contractor never called back to provide a bid, and one contractor provided an excessively high bid. RO Enterprises gave a proper bid and was also able to begin the project quickly. Once kitchen cabinets, flooring, and other materials arrived, RO Enterprises began the repair project immediately, and was able to work around the tenant. In the end, we were happy with the outcome of the repairs, the quality, the speed, and the professionalism of the workers. With gratitude, we are currently working with RO Enterprises on the remodel plans of our primary residence.
