We did not negotiate the price as the quality, timely finish and being able to pull permit and pass city inspection of the shower pan are much more important than optimizing the price as we were selling the house. > Nima stays on top of the project and is very experienced with the shower remodeling projects. He also retains a great team of people working for him.
