Judi Randall, Interior Designer and Owner since 2008.  Since I was very young, I knew I wanted to do Interior Design.  In 2008, I finally was able to focus on my passion and went back to school to study Residential Interior Design.  I attended IDI, a Top 100 US Design School,  located in Newport Beach, CA and later attending a State Certified Interior Design program specializing in Kitchen design.   I've been a Member of ASID and NKBA since 2010 and have successfully worked with Home Owners, Builders, Developers and Investor's providing and executing rehabs/remodels, real estate staging, new builds/construction, and furnishings for residential and commercial properties throughout the US and Abroad.  

I offer Full-Service Interior Design, consulting/specifications and project management.  Fee Based or Hourly Rate depending on the project.

Where is the entrance?

A: It’s behind the refrigerator.  the door into it, is just around the wall.  I eliminated the original living room/ dining room combo, and had the pantry built where the dining room was.  This allowed me to create a functional dining room

Can you please share the dimensions?

A: The dimensions of the Bathroom Cabinetry is roughly 93" on the longest side/72 on the shorter side.  Depth is always 24".

Looking for the color of walls and flooring.

A: I apologize, I no longer have the Paint Color to provide to you.  I'm certain it was from Dunn Edwards out of their Light Gray Collection.  The flooring is Porcelain Tile purchased from Elaganza Tile in Anaheim, CA, it is called "Miele," size is 8'' w x 48" H.

who did you use for the design, engineering and installation of the shade sails please?

A: I designed the shade and had it built by a local shade company in Murrieta called Bob's Canvas. You can have someone from their call me if they can't get you the information from the project. It was done for a project in Carlsbad, Ca in 2010

what material is the countertop? thanks!

A: The counter tops were existing and were not updated/changed.  I don't know what was installed originally.  Sorry!
