> Michael Chaisson sold our house at a time when the real estate market was down.  He did an incredible job understanding exactly what we needed to do in terms of staging and presentation to optimize the sales price of our house.  We had full confidence in his advice and expertise on how to stage the house and we didn't have to spend a bundle to do it, but it really paid off and we were so pleased at how nice the house looked and the comments coming back from potential buyers.  He even took the initiative to bring in a landscaper to improve the curb appeal of the entry road to our housing development.  Michael seemed to have unlimited energy and commitment toward our project.  He was always enthusiastic and positive, and kept us informed of leads and interest.  We were so relieved at the 'ownership' he took in our project and never felt that his interest was unduly divided elsewhere.  Unlike many other realtors, Michael conducted the open house events personally.  He's very personable and professional.  He was prompt with returning our phone calls.  We trusted him with our house and we highly recommend Michael Chaisson.  It's been over a year later and we're still telling our friends what a great job he did presenting and selling our house in Tucson and what a good experience it was for us!

Not only does he have a fantastic eye for detail, he made sure that each and every detail was attended to.  All the details that make a difference in not only selling your home but getting top dollar from wall and trim paint to a potted plant at the front door step, he made sure it happened.  If you sign a contract with Michael, you are not only getting one of the best agents in town, but it's as though you have hired an interior designer and a landscaper.  He puts 110% effort into your project and is so easy to work with.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire Michael again and I'm sure I will with my other properties when I decide to sell.
