> We hired LSH to design a complete new house for us on a lot that we already owned.  Lori is an amazing listener; she really understood what we wanted and was able to capture it in the design. For every challenge we faced she came up with alternative solutions.  Her ability to come up with design solutions that are both practical and beautiful totally exceeded our expectations.  Since the house was completed in 2011 we have had many visitors and people are just blown away by the beauty and functionality of the design.  I have worked with many architects over the years (both personally and in my job) and would rank Lori at the top.  She is just brilliant.

> Lori is an amazing and talented architect. We have been working on a new home with her from the earliest concepts to now wrapping up the details that will surround us for many years to come. It is hard to describe, but Lori's work embraces a sense of proportion and drama that is very rare. Her solutions are exciting and original, not ornamental. We cannot wait to add our house to her portfolio. Lori is also a joy to work with. With a degree in industrial design, I know I am not an easy client. But the synergy we have created between client and architect has been wounderful and productive and at times humorous. I tell others who ask how I like my architect, that we are so pleased because she always listens thoughtfully to our ideas, and no matter what we suggest, she always comes up with a solution better than we had initially conceived.
