Rande is phenomenal to work with -- she has impeccable taste, smart ideas, and makes great recommendations, but perhaps most importantly she really listens to you and your needs and preferences, and modifies and flexes to suit you. I also appreciate that Rande is not insistent on everything being "top dollar" -- she is incredibly flexible with price points, providing recommendations in a good range to allow you to choose where you want to spend more money, where a little less, etc. I so enjoy working with Rande, picking through her recommendations, giving feedback and knowing that we will land somewhere fabulous together. Rande also has great sources and contacts -- I've worked with many tradesman (including our general contractor) who she has recommended, and they have been universally terrific. I work full-time and wasn't in person - so when I had moments, I would reach out and she was just so good at text, phone, zoom - whatever I needed.
