> Was given a $3,500 total budget to stage a new build. Exceeded $6,000 with no approval. Did not even complete the staging: left 3 out of 5 bedrooms unfinished, giving us no option but to spend a day acquiring the furniture and placing ourselves to be ready in time for Parade of Homes.
> Purchased items without approval.
> Purchased different hardware than she was directed to.
> Paid a “helper” over $100/hour to move things around.
> Most unprofessional of all is taking credit for build design work that she had absolutely nothing to do with.

> I do not recommend using her services.

> I HIGHLY recommend you have a signed contract for your project budget if you decide to use her services.
