> We hired Bill to design and build an addition to our home. We were impressed by his design vision and the attention he gave to our project. We enjoyed the collaborative spirit in which our project was developed and executed. Bill listened carefully to what it was that we envisioned and continually revised and adapted the plans to fit our ideas and budget. The communication and collaboration among our contractor, kitchen designer,  interior designer, and Bill was excellent and every meeting time was well spent.  We enjoyed meeting with Bill as our project unfolded and we were able to witness how well he understood us and was able to create the space we wanted. The only blip we experienced was related to sub-contract workers that Bill recommended and who were slow to meet the project timelines. Although their work was outstanding, it added some frustration to an otherwise wonderful overall experience. We LOVE our new space that Bill designed!

> My experience with Bill Feeney was nothing short of spectacular. I was introduced to Bill Feeney by a colleague who I consider to be meticulous and stylish. Her house renovation was spectacular, and I had asked her for a referral. From the very beginning I felt that Bill really tried to understand my specific needs and then was able to develop great solutions. I had a specific need to have two master bedroom suites in the house, and Bill actually offered to look at houses with me while I was in the purchase process, in order to give me his perspective on potential. After looking at several properties, Bill actually suggested a property I had not been aware of, for the potential once renovated. During the design, permit and construction process, Bill has always been creative, prompt, and absolutely on the mark in terms of design, cost, and execution. The job required knocking down some walls, making three separate rooms into basically one coherent space and fixing up a rat hole of a basement. He did not try to sell us on some grand vision but worked within our taste and our budget to create a beautiful and coherent space. > We used Bill Feeney to remodel two bathrooms and a powder room.  Bill and his team (i) prepared initial sketches and final drawings; (ii) helped select equipment, tiles, the general contractor, the cabinet maker and the counter-top supplier; and (iii) supervised construction and coordinated the various parties involved in the project.

> We initially interviewed several architects and selected Bill because we liked some of his earlier bathroom projects.  Bill listened carefully to what we had in mind and came rapidly with interesting preliminary proposals and a budget.  The combination of design, material and equipment selected has resulted in functional, neat and modern looking bathrooms and powder room.  The general contractor, tile supplier, cabinet maker and counter-top supplier selected were all used to work with Bill and had a constructive work relation with him.  Because Bill's office is located only a few blocks from our house, he could visit the construction site whenever necessary.  He and his team were highly responsive to our requests and their coordination effort was indeed commendable.  The project was implemented within budget; we spent about 15% of the total project cost for architect services.  Altogether we had a very positive experience and would not hesitate recommending Bill for similar remodeling projects.

**Q: what brand/type of pulls are on the cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Brand/style/type etc..

A: pulls are Moffit brushed stainless 2" long (i think)  they make various widths.

Hi, can you please provide any available description of this house. is it a new house a remodel, addition? Any interior photos?

A: This was a remodel in Bethesda from a 1950's split level house.  When completed, the house still had very traditional floral print furniture so I did not get good photos inside.  I have attached a photo of the before conditions.

Can you please share the dimensions of the shower area and also the size of the door opening? Thank you so much. This is a beautiful bathroom.

A: the shower is likely 5'x 3' and the door is between 24-30" wide.

A: That brick is the original masonry foundation of the house.
