It has truly been a pleasure to work with Brandy during our entire first floor, bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as two previous remodels of our children's rooms. She is not only fantastic designer, but she is also financially responsible and adept at keeping the budget in line with our original goals, even as I've picked more expensive materials than I initially selected.  At the very beginning of each project she created a budget laid out very clearly in a line item by line item spreadsheet to identify ALL cost items, down to our new door knobs and cabinet hinges! I have been so impressed with the quality of her designs, materials and creative solutions that I have recommended her to several friends. At the same time, she is soooo good I have almost wanted to keep her just for myself.  She is too talented and nice a person to do that to though. When people see her work they are smitten.  If I ever move I know exactly who I will turn to first! She is just that good!

Where did you find the twin bench?

A: This is a BALLARD bench - I'm sooooo sorry for taking so long to respond! Had not caught this question.

**Q: What is the flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It's original Oak flooring that we sanded and did a matte natural finish on - I'll verify the exact top coat if you need.

**Q: Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

This is a beautiful shower and bathroom, can you tell me what types of tiles they are? Thanks so much!

A: Thank you! They are 6" X 48" grey natural stone marble; they have a beautiful grey and cream strie you can't really see in these images as well as in person.

**Q: Is that a Quartz counter?  If so, do you have the name of it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It's honed carrera - with a Dupont stain-guard - let me know if you need a recommendation on where to purchase.

**Q: I love these chairs, where did you find them?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Client's own chairs -but I'll confirm and get info.

We are remodeling our kitchen and due to the narrow space, I am wondering how an island will look like. Thank you!
