> Sheri and Roger were wonderful to work with on our pool remodel. They have a tremendous amount of experience and helped guide us every step of the way from equipment replacement options to color schemes and design ideas for the finish. They showed us several of their projects to help solidify our decisions which was very helpful. The Hydroscapes subcontractors were professional and efficient. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

> We had an outstanding experience with Hydroscapes from start to finish. Sherri and Roger were timely, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They were truly wonderful to work with, and the finished pool exceeded our expectations.

**★★★★★ — leolahansen, Oct. 2025**

> We love our remodeled pool/spa and entire backyard area. Sheri & Roger did an amazing job and were there every step of the way. a huge thank you to them and their crew.

> Sheri and Roger did an excellent job keeping our project moving along in a difficult labor market. They kept us informed of the progress and next steps, and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The final product was exactly as designed, and we are extremely pleased. We've had a couple of minor issues arise after the project was completed and Sheri and Roger returned and are working to resolve the issues. We would highly recommend Hydroscapes to anyone looking to remodel their pool.

**★★★★★ — Amy Wilson, Sept. 2021**

> We purchased a home on an acre that need a total renovation of the yard. We got ideas and bids from about 10 companies. Our project was extensive and involved removing a pool, a bunch of old decking and a propane system- basically we had to demo anything that was existing. Roger and Sheri really took the time to listen to our ideas and our vision. Roger has background in construction and plumbing and was super knowledgeable about material choices and what would stand the test of time and cause us the least amount of problems. It also helped that my interior designer and previous pool service company had both recommended Hydroscapes. Roger and Sheri are very hands on with the job. They were here almost daily making sure things were done right. This was important to me because in my previous home we went with another company and only dealt with a salesperson, who was non existent once our check was cashed, so communication was a problem. Hydroscapes communicated almost daily with us and were always around when I had a question - even after the work was completed. The crews they work with on hardscape and tile installation were also super professional - on time, respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day (which is important to note because nobody wants trash all over their backyard).

**★★★★★ — Marta Armida, Sept. 2017**

> Hiring Hydroscapes was the best decision we ever made and we LOVE our pool! Great design ideas, efficient and practical solutions, painstaking attention to details, coupled with relentless commitment, make Roger and Sheri the ideal partners for any project. For a new build, an easy remodel or a complex project like ours, I could not recommend them enough!

**★★★★★ — sascohill, July 2017**

> Hiring Hydroscapes for our pool/landscaping project was easily one of the better home improvement project decisions we have made. Roger and Sheri made the entire process (from designing, getting the permits, selection of materials, build out and post installation support) easy and fun. They worked with us and helped crystallize our vision for the pool/landscaping. Once the design was established, it was an extremely hands off process for us with weekly touch points with Roger and Sheri during which we were briefed on the status, the schedule for the following week leaving us with a good understanding of where things stood. Other than their attention to quality ( they do not compromise on that), I appreciated their hands on approach and involvement during the entire duration of the project. Roger would be seen every day at the work site. They went above and beyond in managing other auxiliary activities that had to be done but was not necessarily in their direct scope of work. Even now, months after the job was completed; they continue to be involved and help us address any issues that come up.Overall we are very happy with the end result and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

> We've had the pleasure of working with Hydroscapes for many years. Collaborating with them has always been a great experience, as they are professional and nice people to work with. During our most recent project, we created custom pool copings compatible with LED lights. We look forward seeing the finished project and sharing the installed images with our networks!

**★★★★★ — Deborah Hinchcliffe, Dec. 2016**

> We live in the UK so finding a pool company that would interpret our vision of the pool in our new home in Scottsdale was essential.Sheri and Roger listened and created!!
> They were supportive gave us options along the way and interesting features in the pool which we hadn't considered they worked to a very high clean professional standard and kept to their budget, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them .

**★★★★★ — Carlson Homes Scottsdale, Dec. 2016**

> I was introduced to Hydroscapes on an major remodel that I was doing and they were contracted to remodel the pool. I was so impressed with their work that I brought them in to work with my client to create the pool in a new custom home. I have since referred them on other jobs. They are great!

**★★★★★ — Artful Design Interiors, Oct. 2016**

> This company is professional, creative, thorough and excels in their customer service. My husband and I could not be happier with the results. Their skill set, experience and dedication made this project come off beautifully. If you love contemporary design, this is the company you want building your pool.

**★★★★★ — tzarrinkelk, March 2016**

> Sheri and Roger are fantastic. What impressed me the most is that they want to get to know their clients so that the product is truly representative of them. They are perfectionists and want to make sure that the end result is not only to the liking of the customer but also insured in quality and endurance! I was very happy with the design that they came up with and their openness to feedback. Extremely professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation!!

**★★★★★ — ka0174, Sept. 2015**

> Wow! What a spectacular result Hydroscapes achieved! We just completed our backyard and could not be happier with what Sheri and Roger delivered for us. We hired them to design and build our pool, barbeque island, fire pit and water feature plus all the hardscaping that surrounds these for our new home. They were both very easy to work with, receptive to ideas and professional in their management of the project. Beginning with the meetings to conceptualize and design the project, Roger and Sheri listened to our "want list" and worked with our unique vision in mind -- knowing that our modern style would warrant a different approach than is typical of much Arizona architecture. The result is a stunning resort-style oasis that we enjoy every day. While Hydroscapes will not be your lowest bidder, the justification for their fees can be seen in the quality of the subcontractors they work with. Friends of ours in the real estate and architecture industries have commented on the high quality of the tile work, the concrete hardscapes, and the way the backyard design works with our property. If I could give them six stars, I would and we would definitely hire them again for our next project.

**★★★★★ — Eric Butler, Sept. 2015**

> What a great company to work with! Roger and Sheri are absolutely focused on bringing out their customer's vision. We always enjoy working with companies whose first priority is doing it right, rather than doing it cheap. Rest assured that Hydroscapes will do it right.

**★★★★★ — hill0506, April 2015**

> We came into this project with very high expectations. We wanted an elegant clean pool that would forever be classic in design. While we had very strong opinions at the start, we clearly did not have all of the information necessary to build a pool. We were very pleased to have Hydroscapes as our partner. They truly are experts in their field. They educated us about the pros and cons of every single one of our decisions. The end result surpassed our expectations- and that is very difficult to do! They are perfectionists and it shows!

**★★★★★ — jhmcnamara, March 2015**

> Pool and landscape remodels can't be easy to do. Sheri and Roger came up with a plan that incorporated our lifestyle and our views and we are very happy with the end result. Their attention to detail was amazing. They solved problems before we knew we had problems, and we are so grateful that we found them and that they worked with us on our pool/landscape project as though they were part of our family!

**★★★★★ — 4porters, March 2015**

> Hydroscapes was EXACTLY what we were looking for in a company to build our pool.
> With their experience and knowledge, we now have our DREAM POOL!
> They took their time to really understand our likes and dislikes and we never felt rushed or pressured.
> If your looking for the right company to build your pool, you've found it - HYDROSCAPES!!!
> I promise you won't be sorry!
>
> Michael & Stephani Porter

**★★★★★ — jankrulick, March 2015**

> From December 2013 through September 2014, Hydroscapes managed the complete renovation of our pool, hardscape/landscape, roof, entry, etc., for the entire house, and a large 600 square foot addition to the home. We found Hydroscapes wonderful to work with as well as all of their subcontractors. They worked very closely with our architect and designer, and made a very large project much smoother than it might have been--we were new to the remodeling process, and they made it so much easier for us. They have a great understanding of all the ins and outs of such a project, and navigated all of the city and HOA hassles for us. We could never have done this without them. The results are beautiful.

## Community Q&A

**Q: what color Pebblesheen?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is this Pebblesheen? What color? It’s beautiful

A: This is White Diamonds Pebble Sheen - but remember the color of the water is also dictated by the color of the tile, deck and surroundings. Water reflects everything. But it is a beautiful pool.

**Q: What color is this finish, is it Pebble Sheen? What is it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

You have a lot of really pretty pool pictures but it would be great if you'd include the color and company that makes the interior.

A: This is White Diamonds Pebble Sheen from Pebble Technology. And yes it made a really pretty color water. One thing you do have to remember is that the tile, decking and surroundings attribute to the color of the water including the time of day and position of the sun. Not all White Diamond Pebble Sheen pools will look alike. To see more visit Pebble Technologies website and their gallery will show a number of pools in that finish and you can compare what your surroundings, chosen deck matieral and tile, would do to the color of the water.

**Q: POOL SURFACE** *(in Photo Questions)*

WHAT POOL SURFACE AND COLOR WAS USED FOR THE POOL?

A: I think it was Pebble Sheen, French Grey from Pebble Technologies - but if you are looking for the color water that is in the photo, this is a night/dusk shot and we turned on the Pentair LED Color Lights which is affecting the color of the water.

**Q: Info for Glass Spa Tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the brand, series and color info for the glass tile on spa?

A: The glass tile is Sicis Naturals - color is Mud

**Q: where did the dining chairs come from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wondering where the dining chairs came from

A: Sorry - don't know - the homeowner purchased them and actually I think they had them before we even started the project.

**Q: Are the tiles on the sun shelf slippery?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me if the tiles you selected are slippery or a special finish for the sun shelf?

Thank you!

A: It is glass tile the smaller the tiles the more traction you have due to the grout joints. The larger the format of the tile can become more slippery unless the tile chosen has a rough surface and in a pool for cleaning purpose you need to be carful with that especially on benches or shelves due to algae issues and debris collecting, also smaller tiles expand and contract less with thermal shock.
