He was there daily paying attention to every intricate detail on this curvy and undulating home. I was impressed by the quality and uniqueness of the completed home. He then took over construction of another house on the block. This time a state-of-the art modern 3-story ocean view work of art. The home came out stunning, with high-end finishes. We were so impressed that we even commissioned him to bid on a future home we are planning. His work was extremely thorough, on-time, and detailed as we’ve come to expect from Thomas. It is very apparent that he has a strong command of even the most complicated and demanding designs. High quality was a main criteria for this project due to long term effects of near constant ocean winds blowing salt air into the house. Thomas personally attended to the project full time, working out of his office trailer on site. He was on the job almost everyday, managing the many subcontractors, and dealing with innumerable issues that would arise on such a complex project, especially during Covid. We found Thomas to be very responsive, answering our calls and messages almost immediately, and looking to find creative solutions to our concerns.
