> Melissa has a talent for selecting items that go beautifully together! If you are a person that gets overwhelmed with paint colors and all the different shades, or a person that can't picture what type of furniture or size of furniture should go in a room, Melissa can give you clear, stylish options that will make your space look straight out of a magazine. The services that I valued most by working with Melissa is her knowledge in paint colors and her connections with quality furniture vendors. Every paint color she selected was beautiful. As an expert she has knowledge and experience in what the best color options are and won't overwhelm you with a giant selection. The furniture she picks is high quality and is meant to last. We worked with Melissa when we were building our new house. She helped us with furniture layout, furniture selection, paint colors as well as counters and flooring. She listened to our style preference and made our house a cohesive beautiful space. We were so impressed (as well as our friends and family) we also worked with Melissa when remodeling our office for our family business. We knew Melissa would steer us in the right direction when choosing paint color and flooring. Now our office is updated and stunning. I trust Melissa in all of my designing needs and will use her every time in the future.

> I had the Dolce Home designer come to my house to help me with a furniture arrangement and design for my new home. I went to her shop to choose a sofa and fabric. When she realized that I was not going to purchase an entire houseful of furniture to begin with, she passed me on to her intern. The sofa I chose was not appropriate for my home, which was disappointing. Butt the most disappointing part was when said custom sofa began to fail. The cushions became lumpy and the edges of the cushions didn't match the foam inside, so it looked old very quickly. It was very disappointing to buy a custom sofa and have everything about it be wrong.  They gave me new cushions to put inside the cushion covers, but the covers themselves did not hold up. I spent too much on this sofa to have it look like it does. Maybe this is all that can be expected, but I expected more.

We still have the same phone number and wish you would have reached out to try and create an additional solution for you. You also weren't just working with me, you were working with my Jr Designer, not an intern. Dolce has been in business for 13 years and have never not helped someone because of what they were purchasing. I'm sorry you didn't like the sofa you selected. I'm also sorry that the fill also wasn't to your liking but we paid for upgraded replacement of new inserts to help. Fabric is never warranted with any company, sometimes it stretches and needs to be tightened up with an upholstery company-We like to use Castlewood in Chico.  Once again I'm sorry you felt so disappointed to review an issue from 8 years ago, I didn't know you still needed help-Melissa Snow

> Following the Camp Fire we needed someone to get Paradise Adventist Academy looking great. Melissa Snow was recommended. It was the best advice we could have received. We needed help with choosing colors for painting the outside of all the campus buildings. The classroom needed interior paint, flooring, and accessories. The music room had fire damage and now looks better than when it was new. The gym had major damage so everything from roof to floor was replaced and she provided the color redesign including roof color, ceiling, wall color and design,  and stage drapes. We now have a school looking like it was built in 2020. She has great ideas that coordinates everything beautifully, was available with a smile, and was quick to accomplish each step of the project. I would recommend her without reservation.
