We noticed that home styles in Palm Beach County were transitioning from Mediterranean to more transitional/contemporary styling and wanted to be at the forefront of this trend. We needed to commission a special architect who understood our vision for a unique contemporary design (not typical of Palm Beach County). Mr. Franky final concept was stunning; ground breaking, and forward thinking, spanning more than 29,000 total square feet (17,000+ under air). His design also included a 4,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with an additional swimming pool and summer kitchen. This contemporary design, when completed in 2018 is sure to receive plenty of accolades from the South Florida architectural community and real-estate professionals alike.
