Two days and donating 500$ for hours and minimum charges, adamant about being able to fix a hot water heater that apparently should have never been attempted. Changing their price as they go and then giving an unprofessional attitude when asked about it. As hiring licensed professionals I expect to be able to trust their opinion on their services. I now have a half taken apart hot water heater in worse shape then when they originally arrived. **Comment from Tim Rausch Plumbing LLC:** > Bobby, we would first like to say that we appreciate your review as it helps us improve service for our customers. Upon first stopping out Thursday, we did recommend replacing your water heater as it was flooded, and also 14 years old. You did not accept our professional recommendation and requested we first try to repair due to your own personal situation. We ordered the parts and were able to be back the next day to attempt the repair. When the repair did not work, we were left with the first recommendation of replacing your heater. When you were unhappy with the attempted repair costs & the estimate for replacing the heater - we gave you Tim’s phone number, and you said you were going to call. We would always suggest calling us directly, as we are able to talk you through our perspective of this service call & also hear you out. We operate business in an honest and fair way - as we have all the years we have been in business.
