It was such a pleasure working with Mary and her professional team of experts to completely renovate my villa. Mary's flooring professional installed tile in the glass enclosed lanai. After ripping up the carpet through out the villa, plank wire brushed wood flooring was installed. I have received numerous compliments on the color and selection Mary suggested for a coastal look. Her painter and his team painted the entire villa with a variety of beautiful colors that Mary help me select. Pop corn ceilings were knocked down and repainted. New granite and quartz counter tops were installed in bathroom and kitchen along with new sinks. Mary's plumber was excellent installing the faucets for the bath and kitchen sink. The appliance company Mary suggested worked with me to get exactly the type of appliances I needed for my new updated kitchen. The tile and wood flooring professional returned to install glass tile back splash and again, I am so very pleased with the selection Mary suggested. I had closed on my villa mid January and was moved in my mid February. Mary's teams work very well with each other and the professional demeanor of each trade is an asset to Mary and her customers. She then works in a very timely manner gathering ideas, samples and materials so that you are not overwhelmed but also don't feel pushed or manipulated into something you aren't comfortable with. After the decisions are made Mary gives you a timeline for how the work is to be completed, and the work is ACTUALLY COMPLETED within that time frame. WOW! (That has never happened to me before in Florida) At the end of the project everything is cleaned up, straightened up and checked to see that it meets her approval. Then she asks that you make a list of anything she might have missed. If you find something, it is actually taken care of post haste. HOORAY! I could go on and on but will just say that even though it sounds impossible, Mary makes a remodel an enjoyable experience.
