**Q: what is the name of the floor tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Almost looks like polished concrete but because of the mortar joints seems to be some type of tile, maybe 20"x30" or 24"x36"? Would love to know the size & material.

Can you provide the size of the kitchen and dining rooms?

A: My guess is 27 ft wide (dining/kitchen)
