If that is a concern then I would look into the PVC decking boards from AZEK or WOLF All composite decking will get hotter than PVC depending on the color and spacing between the decking. This product is about 10 years old and might not be available anymore but most brands do make some sort of "sand" tone color. Fiberon, TimberTech, Trex and Wolf to name a few.
