A: The product pictured is not Tableau. It is a custom made steel grillwork. There are brackets mounted to the wall that are hollow in the center and the grillwork has large iron pins that slide into the brackets and held into place with set screws. The grillwork is much heavier than the Tableau product and requires very secure mounting to the wall. If you want to install Tableau in this fashion I would suggest two angle irons that bolt together in the center and painted to match the color of the grillwork. One attached to the wall and the other attached to the back of the Tableau and then rest the brackets attached to the Tableau on top of the wall mounted angle irons and bolt them together. Use the appropriate size angle irons for the projection needed for the drapery. **Q: how much is the cost i** *(in Photo Questions)* i have a similar window i need to do the treatment i need to know the cost for me A: In order to quote a price I would have to have the exact window measurements, a fabric selection, the job location, sun exposure, etc. The treatment shown is totally custom made using labor in the San Diego area. Pricing could vary considerably based on your location and availability of qualified craftsmen. The cornice would require a fairly large truck to transport and delivery charges could be prohibitive. **Q: I am going to install crown moldings, can I install cornice boxes on t** *(in Photo Questions)* I am going to install crown moldings, can I install cornice boxes on top of the moulding or remove the moulding where the cornice will go. A: Cornices can be installed either way. The cornices can be shaped to fit around the moulding or mounted below the trim. Also the trim can be cut away to allow the cornice to be fit snug to the wall. Typically, most homeowners opt to mount beneath the trim. **Q: Love the draperies** *(in Photo Questions)* What type of design is this and what fabric is it? A: The treatment is of swags and cascades trimmed with a tassel fringe and large tassel ties on the cascades, roped over a wood pole with stationary side panels attached beneath the swags and cascades. The swags are constructed and applied in three sections. As for the fabric I will have to look back and see if I can find the name of the fabric and the source. **Q: where can i get the hardware for this curtain?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The actual traverse rod is a motorized unit from BTX. See my review on the home page. The dark rectangular looking surface behind the decorative iron cornice is a bronze fascia from Iron Art by Orion that covers the aluminum motorized hardware. Click on http://www.ironartbyorion.com/tuscany.asp?catid=19 for some of their products. The decorative wrought iron grillwork was custom made by an artisan in the San Diego area. If you live in the area I can provide the name of the artisan, if not I would recommend that you show the photo to a welding shop in your area and perhaps they could fabricate something similar.
