Today I called about our 3 yr old lights that have a short and another leak and again not covered because we didn't but three products and April was Three years.. They sell above ground pools , but don't install them. THEY RECCOMENDED AN INSTALLER THEY USED FOR ABOVE GROUND POOLS AND GAVE US HIS NO. We purchased the best pool with warranty they sold ,and upgraded the liner, and also bought the armor shield protection service. We had problems with the liner separating from the track. So the Installer came back and shimmed the gap with washers and old pocket change ! Some of the uprights bended and shifted visibly out of alignment . During a storm on May 12 , 2015 I came out to a empty pool with the liner off the track and the cover in the pool. Now the base sand flowed under the wall and washed the sand out and it needs to be re leveled and re installed . Now Im Stuck because they didn't install it and they no longer use this contractor! So now I have to have someone take down relevel and reinstall the pool and liner and faulty track and bead system and pay another 600 dollars for water delivery. **Comment from Del Suppo Inc.
