If you are still wondering, this floor is an engineered white oak floor, which suits amazingly in Northern California, where it can get very humid and very dry throughout the year. **Q: what is the wall and trim color?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The color of the paint is Bleached Linen from Behr.
