Joe put my remodel into his busy schedule, promising to complete the work within four months with a fixed budget. The completion date was moved up twice and we ended up moving in one full month ahead of schedule. Additionally, the project came in under budget. The early move in and under budget are unheard of in my experience having built 2 homes previously and remodeled 12 homes myself. > The quality of the work and supervision was outstanding. Subcontractors arrived on time and finished when they were supposed to and did great work. Joe was always within a few minutes of a phone or email reply, even when he was out of town for family matters. He had pictures of work so he could always discuss changes or questions.
