> We had a nightmare of an experience with this company. Eleven month and nothing took off the ground. Even excavation was incomplete and it's costing more money to fix things now.
> We got out of contract and ended up paying them a 40% fee on the invoices of the few subcontractors and trades who had been involved thus far (architect, engineers, excavation...). I cannot even make this up, but they even listed, and tried to make me pay payroll taxes of one of their employees!
> Please do yourself a favor and stay away. We learned, but unfortunately the hard way, and it was expensive and literally unhealthy.

The quality of work we have seen is far above other home sites of other builders we have seen.  You won't find any shoddy work on our house. The attention paid to us and our focus on detail has really helped with the stress of building a new house.  I love that they have given us the freedom to pick out everything and allowing us to shop for items to help keep things under budget.
