We still have outstanding issue from the punch list including a missing kitchen cabinet. Did not have gas for the first month after closing. ICI failed to make good on its promise to reimburse me for the negative personal and financial impact. **★ — HU-711666238, Nov. 2020** > My ICI home was built in 2019 and had 37 major defects. After spending hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to fix electrical issues at the transformer level, broken pool heater, bad water heater, leaking roof, cracked jet tub, blown A/C and so many more items. I tried for a year to work a solution with ICI, with no resolve and no upper management ever reaching out to me. I am so saddened my $750,000 home is not what I was expecting.
