We were introduced to her after the plans had been submitted but before we embarked on a nearly complete remodel. We left the primary bedroom and bathroom alone but otherwise reconfigured the floor plans with a small extension to the house. We also redesigned all of our landscaping adding several outdoor amenities. > > Tiffiny was truly the linchpin of our project serving a myriad of roles the chief of which was applying her absolutely excellent eye for design. Her availability, responsiveness and overall professionalism is superb. As with all projects, issues emerged and she was incredibly helpful at diffusing escalating situations and jumping in to help us problem solve. She worked very well with our general contractor and subcontractors having developed a strong rapport with several subs already. > > Our home is a traditional tudor that was built in the 1920s. She stayed true to what she originally told us which is that she lets the house dictate design features rather than a particular genre imposing itself on the house. She designed all of our cabinetry (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, desk, gorgeous media shelf, and family room cabinet), a beautiful railing for our staircase, a new mantel for our fireplace and a large barn door creating separate spaces. The entire house was repainted inside and out, all selections provided by Tiffiny. Importantly, she drove the choice of vendors and always led specific item choices with a balance between function and aesthetics. The vendors were of the highest quality which is so important in the process. > > We are a family of four and endeavored to integrate our teens into the process allowing them to design their own spaces. She served as a wonderful resource for us all as we navigated different opinions and visions helping the family stay in-tact, \#1 priority is family can move into new home in-tact! She was also extremely helpful in driving prioritization decisions on the financial front so that we were able to complete the project within our means. She helped through every phase sticks to furnishing and beyond. > > Finally, Tiffiny is not only gifted with homes but she is an outstanding landscape designer as well. We had previously hired another firm that created a design that was completely un-buildable as it was way outside of our current zoning rules. It was a frustrating time for us and she answered the call by creating a beautiful design with all of our amenities and public space desired within the confines of the current regulations. She also helped us redesign a 6 foot deck that was poorly built into a gorgeous centerpiece of our outside area. Further, she chose all of our plants and personally laid them out for our landscape contractor.
