> Last February 2021, I purchased a water heater and installation from Advantage Plumbing and two months later, because I ordered a pre-selling inspection for my home I learned that the wiring installation was not done properly. I called Advantage Plumbing and asked to someone to have it corrected. Believe or not I was told by them that they use to hook up whatever was there before and I should look for an electrician, forget about the concept of "installation" and any accountability that comes with that. Apparently a simple conduit would fix the problem but Advantage Plumbing just refused to fix it, even knowing I was an old customer (I bought the entire A/C - Heater central unit back in 2015)...unfortunately I do not recommend their business anymore.

> Advantage Pro installed a new sewer line for my house last year but left an unmarked and buried clean-out in my front yard with no way of me or anyone else knowing that it was there.  When I went to have a driveway installed in that area the company snapped off the clean-out at the T-junction.  Advantage claimed there was no responsibility on their part for marking the clean-out and refused to pay for the repairs.  Also, there was no tape or any kind when we dug down to the main sewer line.  I would definitely hire someone else.

I reviewed your customer file and see that we replaced your entire drainage system from under the slab, going through your house, and going around both sides of your house and out to the city tap.  This job was permitted and passed the city inspection in March of 2018 (which means it was done correctly – I do not know of the tape you discussed, since it is not required for plumbing.) Our job was completed correctly, and the job was explained to you before and after the drainage was installed. The line that was broken was a second clean-out coming from the laundry room – to make it easier should you have issues in the future.  Your main cleanout runs from the other side of your house.

If you had forgotten where the new sewer lines were, we would have been happy to come and walk the property with you before they started.  But as it stands, I would be more concerned that the company you hired to do the concrete would not take responsibility for their mistake and pass the blame to us.  It is also unfortunate that you are going across social media giving us negative reviews, when we essentially had nothing to do with this issue.

> Advantage Plumbing remodeled our bathroom,  We contracted for a turn-key installation.  They have been very helpful at each step in the process with suggestions on material, technical questions, and design.  Advantage employees and the sub-contractors they selected have been courteous and professional.  Advantage has been our plumbing contractor for several years for both big and small jobs. They have consistently performed quality work at a reasonable rate.

> As newly appointed Property Manager for one of my employer's homes, I was not familiar with local plumbing companies.  I did some research online and decided to give Advantage Plumbing a chance.  I have been nothing but satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work that Advantage has consistently achieved at this property.  My first experience with Advantage was a little on the unusual side.  I needed someone who could install an additional outdoor shower and attach it directly to a Palm Tree!  This was a job that I thought to be impossible but Greg and his team pulled it off beautifully. They were even able to match the new fixtures and components to the existing ones (not an easy task) by being creative.  The end result was exactly what the owner was looking for.  I have since then called Advantage Plumbing to the rescue at the same property to find and install a copper kitchen sink with only couple days notice.  Even though Greg was on vacation he returned my call and came to my rescue once again.  With the help of Judy, Julie, and Keith (who completed the work) I was yet again, another "wowed" customer.   The team was able to find an exact match to the previous copper sink and Keith came to the property to remove the old and install the new.  He even fixed a few things that were previously installed incorrectly by some other company.  Even though this paragraph cannot thoroughly describe how helpful and amazing Advantage has been... the point of it is, I will never use another plumbing company.  Thank you Advantage Plumbing!

> Family run great business.. A water line in our house broke and flooded our entire first floor. We turned the repair into a large remodel, and everyone at Advantage has been a pleasure to work with. They arrive on time, have all the supplies, are extremely knowledgeable about all plumbing, can install a simple valve as well as a designer shower, all with the same attention to detail!   Great explanations of all work being done, leave you feeling confident that the job was completed properly.
