> Our kitchen was rebuild in 2000 as part of an addition by Bill Prachnick of Architectural Kitchens; we liked the design, layout and functionality so much that Bill did a rebuild of our kitchen from an unfortunate water pipe flood in the fall of 2019.  AKI also rebuilt the rest of the house that was damaged, including four bathrooms, a family room, basement home theater and mudroom.  Bill has a great eye for design and detail; his craftsmanship is outstanding and he uses high end/good quality materials.  He is resourceful and a wealth of information for designing kitchens and bathrooms.  Bill is organized and easy to work with and we cannot thank him enough for all of his time and help in rebuilding our home from our flood. His team is talented, professional, honest and hardworking.

He even went to the tile store and granite company with me to help pick out patterns and materials that worked amazingly well with the overall design. We were impressed with the attention to detail of Architectural Kitchens' crew and the subcontractors were also great. > Bill Pratchnik and his crew did a complete kitchen remodel for us.  It was a big job that took about four months, and involved completely demolishing the old kitchen and butler's pantry, and installing all new appliances, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, ceiling beams, and  countertops.  Bill and Nicole gave us sound and practical advice from the design phase on, improving plans our architect had drawn up.  The crew was professional, friendly and courteous, and came every day, exactly when they said they would.  All milestones were met exactly when they were projected to, and the project was completed exactly on time and exactly on budget.  There were no surprises.  Even now, more than a year later, if I have a question or issue, Bill is happy to send someone over to tighten a cabinet hinge or reconnect a loose wire.  The finished room is beautiful and functional and suits us perfectly.  I recommend Architectural Kitchens with the utmost confidence and enthusiasm.

> Bill gave me my dream kitchen.  We were building a home and Bill designed the kitchen, before the architect even completed home designs. He brings to the table a very robust understanding of a construction projection that pushes well past kitchen cabinetry. In our pantry his suggestions have resulted in a more functional space. In our dining room, when he viewed our plans, he suggested a symmetry to the room given the coffered ceilings that hadn't been pursued. One day in an recall being stressed about the master bedroom plan and Bill took one look and offered his input. Bill picked up on errors in the project and made sure to advocate for us as the house was being built.  If you are looking for someone who will be your yes-man, that's not Bill. He really really cares about the project. He will tell you if you are making a mistake (we went to battle over a countertop and Bill won- and he was totally right!).  He will write you back to your emails and if you're a crazy perfectionist client (like me) he will meet you there because he is a perfectionist as well.  In our home build, we worked for 2.5 years from land to move in. Many, many contractors.  When I stand in my beloved kitchen, I know he was the best!!!!

> We hired Architectural Kitchens to design and do the construction on a complete kitchen remodel, and are completely happy about all phases of the project. Bill Prachnick is a wonderful designer and builder, and we appreciated his insights as we reconfigured the kitchen. Joe Borbone, who supervised the building project day-to-day, couldn't have been nicer or more capable. They were both unflappable when things came up (the tile we chose arrived much later from the manufacturer than promised, once I locked the builders out, etc.). The project kept to the original tight timeline remarkably well. We appreciated their judgement, experience, and the high standard of their work. Now that we have been using the kitchen for several months, I appreciate Bill's careful design even more, as well as the quality of the work and cabinetry. Bill gave as much design advice as we  needed, and told us the pros and cons of our options, without being overbearing. Architectural Kitchens was fairly priced for a high quality product, and I recommend them without hesitation.

> When a friend of mine talked of hiring Architectural Kitchens repeatedly and said their cabinets are "stunning," I decided to hire Bill Prachnik to design custom cabinets for a family bathroom remodel two years ago. **Q: What is the dimension of the cabinet?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi bholland, the cabinet is 24" wide.

**Q: Did the two cabinet doors come joined together or was that done?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Our cabinet dealer didn't order a trash can drawer cabinet for us as discussed and we are now left with a 2 door cabinet. The cabinet manufacturer doesn't provide a single cabinet door the size of the two cabinet doors put together so I can't put together a trash drawer that way. But then I saw this and thought this might work. Did these doors come joined or were they joined manually. If so, how?

A: It's one door built to look like two.

A: Our cabinet maker made it for us.

A: Hi Nancy, the client purchased the hardware and also the pendant lighting with their interior designer, we were not involved with those decisions, sorry!

**Q: Would also love to know paint color of the cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The cabinets are a custom white paint, and the perimeter countertops are Calacatta Gold Marble.
