**Q: Where is the choice for natural finish choice?** *(in Product Questions)*

Available in dark or light pink, brown & tan or natural finishes are listed but no where to choose the natural.  I am not interested in the painted version.

A: Good Afternoon and thank you for inquiring.  The dollhouse is constructed from birch wood and the furniture from pine.  You can order the brown & tan and we will note that you'd like the entire house in the natural finish.  Let us know if you have any additional questions.

A: Thanks for inquiring.  Yes, if you order today you should receive your bat house by Christmas.  Our craftsman are working overtime to get all orders delivered for the holiday.  Let know if you have any additional questions.  Thank You!

**Q: Do the drawers open or is just the appearance of drawers?** *(in Product Questions)*

Are the drawers,functional?

A: Yes, both Drawers open and are fully functional.

**Q: Chairs** *(in Product Questions)*

How much weight these chairs hold?

A: These chairs are very well constructed from hardwood.   They do not have “maximum weight recommendations”.  They are suitable for children of all sizes and are capable of holding low sitting adults as well :-)

**Q: Is this color brown or more rustic red** *(in Product Questions)*

A: The color is a true “rust”. The tin is treated with a finish that causes it to oxidize.  It creates a literal rusty finish.  Hope this is helpful!

**Q: Sit on it** *(in Product Questions)*

Is this strong enough for an adult to sit on it?

A: These are very well built from baltic birch  and definitely strong enough for an adult to sit on.  However, we don't recommend using as a bench,  as continued stress could cause damage.
