What is the durability level?** *(in Photo Questions)* Looking to put up a durable privacy fence on three sides of property between surrounding neighbors in urban town. We do not want to keep "fixing" or "patching" weather beaten sections. Considering iron, not decorative. A: Hi There! Thanks for the question and visiting our page here on HOUZZ. This fence is one we have used a few times where privacy and aesthetics really matter. It is Aluminum Frame and posts with vinyl infill. the aluminum is available in like 16 Powder-coated colors and the infill maybe 4 or so colors. It is Designer Series Fencing by Digger Specialties. **Q: is this stamped concrete with rubber stamps to make it look like wood?** *(in Photo Questions)* Looking for wood look stamped concrete A: No... It's real pavers :) We got these a few years ago from Oberfields (Newport with a cream Plymouth border). If you're local, we can point you to a couple artisians who do the wood concrete enhancement! **Q: how is this done** *(in Photo Questions)* Is this individual blocks or stained and stamped concrete A: We have found with good installers... minimal maintenance but re-sealing every 2-4 years it holds up very very well. **Q: brand, style and color pavers?** *(in Photo Questions)* What type and color are the pavers? Brett Lowenoak Landscape Development **Q: can you tell me the builder** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Anniero, In Response to your question, "Who's the Builder?" if you are referring to the House itself, the home was originally built 20+ years ago by a builder named Gordon Fisher Builders. They were a premier builder in this area at the time and did amazing work. Unfortunately, Gordon passed away a number a years ago and as a friend is and always will be dearly missed. Lowenoak did a lot of work with the builder and actually did some work on this home when it was first built. The pictures you are seeing here are all work done for new owners who bought the home and remodeled the interior/partial exterior, Landscape, Hardscape and entire Outdoor living areas in which we designed and installed.
