Cabinet by Design did a great job for me and I highly recommend them. I stopped by their workshop on my way home from Costco on a whim and one of the workers took my number. The owner called me back and we booked my relatively small job. I had a custom made desk that I needed cut dow to fit in a different room. The guys came, did an excellent job, cleaned up, helped me move some other stuff (not their responsibility but they cheerfully helped me). The owner stopped by during the job to check on the progress. He really cared about doing an excellent job. They even harvested a piece of trim from what was cut off and finished an edge for me, they didn't need to, I didn't ask, they just wanted it to look really good. Do not hesitate. Charlie is the chief designer and Sharon handles the administrative side. What a team. They really compliment each other. The wood fabrication crew is headed by Mario, who is a 5th generation master carpenter. They make pretty much everything in house. The talent level here is exceptional from top to bottom. Charlie is stuffed to the brim with creativity. He has remarkable problem solving ability. He is an artist who is up on all the latest trends of design. Their prices are very reasonable. You would expect to pay more for what you get. He took my older home and contemporized it and brought it into the modern age, but in a tasteful way that did not detract from the old world charm my home has.
