He was extremely responsive, listened carefully to our needs & wants, and communicated effectively. His proposal was well thought out. His estimate was not the lowest (or highest) we received, but we had high confidence that he could complete the project on time and on budget. Once he got started, demolition was quick and clean. His crew was hardworking and courteous, always leaving the yard cleaned up each day. The project included a significant amount of hardscape (porcelain pavers over cement), a sitting wall (with travertine ledger panels and cap) and artificial turf. He also installed drip irrigation and low voltage LED lighting. He took us with him to a commercial nursery to help select plants before installing them. Overall Jasmin did a fantastic job - the workmanship was excellent. We now have a backyard oasis that we love. We were so happy with their work that we had them do additional irrigation and plantings on our side yard. Arie was always around, and available to discuss plans and progress. He still comes by to check the plants and irrigation. Ultimately the project came in close to our budget given our additions. As with any project, things come up... in our case, a gopher and mole invasion has led to the loss of plants, but Arie has been very fair and good to work with in addressing the issue. It has been several months since the first stage was completed. Arie still comes over and walks the property to check on the plants, irrigation, etc. and comes up with ideas about what needs to be done next. I have learned a lot from him. Arie has given me advice on how to keep the new garden in excellent condition and to better maintain the rest of it. His crew has come over to assist with some aspects that I cannot do myself.
