> I think Hallmark builds one of the best values in new homes in San Diego. They offer some things standard, that others charge as upgrades. They price their homes fairly so they do not often have big incentives, but I prefer it their way because it keeps the tax basis lower. I think they do  a great job of providing common sense floor plans that work and they keep current with trends in building.
