The Lemmo’s carefully advised us through our design phase and were so enthusiastic hearing about/working our creative ideas into the plans (we have an under stairway doggie secret passageway). They navigated the city’s Byzantine processes getting permits (whew) which was one of my biggest concerns. They also connected us with their network of surveyors, floor and tile providers, appliance providers and builders and engaged them in the design process to provide us with a complete, detailed view of the design drawings and associated pricing. The house is now underway and we’re still regularly consulting with them.
