The floors were beaten up- big scratches with lots of damage. He worked tirelessly for 3-4 days and brought them back to life! Even with the hurdles, Paul got the job done on schedule, working late into the night. In the process we both learned what purple heart wood looks like! Before refinishing, it looked dark brown. The variety of woods, the varied directions, and the brass accent inlay all required thoughtful attention, some by hand. The floor is stunning!
