Kamila has been involved in multiple projects with my family and all of them have turned out better than we can ever imagine! Following destruction of my husbands beach house during hurricane Irma, Kamila took the house from a water logged disaster without a roof, to an amazing beachy home. When the house was sold, the buyers loved it so much they bought the house fully furnished! This just goes to show that Kamila's designs are both function and esthetic for more than just the current homeowner. Kamila then designed an apartment for us. In addition to this she created computer renderings for a renovation of the University of North Florida Baseball Alumni Center (The Nest). In addition to all of the above, she has also been instrumental in tackling the biggest project of our lives. We started with a beautiful 1.25 acre lot full of nothing more than giant oak trees and a dream. When we called Kamila we had hand drawn what we thought would be a functional layout for our family. She used this drawing and designed something even better! With the help of Rainier Construction and the numerous business relationships she has with different companies, she was able to make our dream home a reality. She uses her knowledge and connections to ensure we had everything we wanted in our home. Her attention to detail and desire to truly get to know her clients prompted her to create an amazing dog bath in the laundry room and a small room for our dog under the stairs that is Instagram worthy! Kamila is also adaptable and able to pivot as needed with design. She combined my husbands and I's style into one beautiful home. We even asked her to change a room from a guest room to a nursery part way through the project. She's so trustworthy and understanding of our style that we asked her to design the nursery without us seeing it until it was fully done and then do a gender reveal for us using the room.
