We hired Mr. Bales' company to put the railing up. It is perfect and looks so nice. We also had a water problem in our lower level laundry area. When the home was built, the walls were not properly finished so as to prevent ground water from seeping in anytime there was a heavy rainfall. The construction crew tore out part of the wall, waterproofed the entire area and put up new wall. At the same time, our hot water unit was in that room and they moved it to the corner of our garage and rebuilt wall and ceiling that was clumsily done in the building of the house. We also had them to put in new banister from upper to lower level. This company performed these jobs with extreme professionalism. The completed projects are proof of each worker's knowledge and experience in different areas of construction. I am sure that the men who work for Mr. Bales would attest to the great leadership and experience they have received from him on the job. They came in, got the jobs done, painted and cleaned up.
