**Q: Cymbidium in SoCal** *(in Orchids)*

I buy Cymbidiums and when they finish blooming I put them outside (Zone 10b) in full sun. I water them once a week and they just slowly die. They also appear to be very pot bound. 
How do you grow Cymbidiums, especially in SoCal?

A: cymbidiums are meant to pot bound to a point, increase watering frequency, ensure plant does not sit water rather run through the roots to drain and a climate change, like a cold snap will help them re-bloom and also fertilize with orchid feed every six weeks

**Q: Lc Schillerianum (aquinii x striata)** *(in Orchid Gallery)*

I have 2 plants which look quite different.  I guess normal for seedling variation.  I can't arrange the photos but the 2 strains are evident.  both labeled Schillerianum, both from SBOE which is usually very accurate with their labels.
