He demolished a backroom and garage, and built out 3 stories, including new garage, living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet and office. He also installed a new kitchen, and upgraded the old parts of the house. He replaced the entire roof and installed A/C throughout the house. He did the work very efficiently and quickly through the winter months and was able to complete the work in approximately 5 months. His team who were on-sight 6 days a week, overcame various problems quickly, and helped us to make key decisions on kitchen and bathroom design. His team has been accessible and helpful. From a budgetary perspective, Rob was the most affordable of quotes - there were some extra's that were needed during the build, and i chose to spend significantly more than some of the allowances.
