We purchased some show room furniture and wanted to add a couple additional items. Janet was ordering for us and I wanted the legs to match what we had purchased on the show room, she went out and looked and put in the order. 9 months later our items arrive and the leg colors on the ottoman and chair were different and on top of that did not match what we had purchased on the show room. They spent 2 months discussing how this could happen, their problem not mine, and then ordered new legs. It then took 9 months to get replacement legs in to the store, now our furniture is already 1 year old.
