Godspeed Development is a premiere custom home and renovation design firm. Led by Developer & Principal, JOAQUIN JIMENEZ. After studying at Southern Oregon University, Joaquin's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to his first residential real estate investment. Many homes later and driven further to understand market values; Joaquin earned an appraisal license, followed by both a real estate broker's license and a building contractors license. In 2007, while many were exiting the residential market, Joaquin is proud to have had the opportunity to establish a separate yet very complimentary, custom home & renovation design company;  Ashley J Design 

After years in various real estate investment roles Joaquin started Godspeed Development based on the simple philosophy of observing and listening to the individual needs and wants of a particular market to then find the opportunity to step out and boldly serve that market need. > Godspeed is extremely professional, knowledgeable and their work product is high quality.  As the president of an HOA dealing with construction defects that were causing a porte cochere structure to collapse, Godspeed came to our rescue during this stressful time and worked closely with our HOA under exigent circumstances to devise an agreeable and effective repair plan that we could afford.  In the end, we were very happy with the work they completed and our porte cochere is now stable, durable and, most importantly, built the way it should have been from the start.  Thank you, Godspeed!
