I am now looking for the perfect quilt, not beach looking. A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out! The quilt belonged to my clients so they already had it prior to the project. Unfortunately, I don't know where they had originally purchased it. The quilt does go nicely with the wall color! You can research patterned quilts online and even search on Pinterest. You may be able to find a similar one that you can buy online or at a local retailer. Happy hunting! **Q: Should I move the t.v. to the opposite wall?** *(in Design Dilemma)* Our living room does not have many usable walls for artwork, etc. The tv used to sit on a media stand on the wall where the painting is. The problem was that with the tv there it left a massive space of blank wall above it. We purchased a larger tv which needed a larger tv stand to accommodate it but now I feel that it looks like a monstrosity sitting in front of the stairs. I’m pretty traditional and do not want to mount the tv above the fireplace? Should I move the tv back to the wall on the left (where painting is) and just have blank walls. Or should I just keep the tv where it is. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you in advance. A: I think that room appears to be more of a "formal" living room. The television looks a little off anywhere in that space. It would be better suited in a more casual family room type setting. Sometimes less is more; however, if you really would like to have a TV in the room, I would try to put a smaller scale TV above the fireplace (do you have a smaller TV in another room of the house?). I also agree that it doesn't look right blocking the stairs. You don't necessarily want the TV to be the focal point of the room...especially in one that looks more formal.
